Coach frontline supervisors and managers, one on one and in workshops, until they lead their teams better. Read KPIs, lost time, and productivity data, and turn it into a plan for tomorrow. Build the kind of trust on a shop floor that gets people to actually change how they lead. What You Need Current or recent leadership of a frontline team in manufacturing, industrial production, distribution, or another physical operating environment. 3 to 5 years of direct people leadership: owning performance, coaching, accountability, and KPIs. 7 years or less of total professional experience since completing your bachelor's degree. A completed bachelor's degree. A path into management earned through promotion from a Supervisor role, or a formal management trainee program. Based in the U.S., near a major airport, and ready for 100% travel Sunday through Friday.
