Position Overview

Body System Physical Therapy is actively searching for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Bonita Springs, Florida. In this full-time role, you will provide essential care to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries, utilizing movement-based approaches to facilitate their rehabilitation journeys. This is an onsite position, specifically focused on home care, ensuring that our patients receive personalized attention in the comfort of their own environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop targeted rehabilitation plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care strategies and treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises to perform at home, promoting self-management and continued progress.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient cases and share insights that may contribute to improved rehabilitation practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients undergoing rehabilitation following orthopedic surgeries, musculoskeletal injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, Body System Physical Therapy offers a robust benefits package that includes:
