In addition, this role is eligible for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales, per the commission agreement terms and conditions.Job SummaryAs an Assistant Showroom Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Showroom Manager by driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and helping the store achieve performance goals. This role emphasizes talent development and coaching of team members. As one of the top sellers, you'll lead by example, providing guidance and support to your fellow associates in the sales process.
