Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time, live-in role in a private home health setting in Brighton, MI. You will provide hands-on physical therapy and care to two patients (owners) in their 50s–70s, support light household tasks, and assist with animal care when owners travel. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the position. Minimum of 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience. New graduates will not be considered. Comfortable working in a private home health environment and providing one-on-one care to older adults (ages 50s–70s). Willingness to live on-site in a separate private house within the owners' compound. Housing and utilities provided. Comfortable with animals and able to provide basic animal care and home checks when owners travel. Able to perform light household chores as part of the role. Flexible scheduling availability for daytime shifts. Typical days: M, W, TH or M, W, T; no Fridays. Current PT sessions are about 1–2 hours once weekly; frequency may increase. Calm, polite, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact closely with owners.

Role Details and Expectations:

Primary patients are the homeowner couple. Provide individualized PT sessions and ongoing mobility support. Provide animal care and check on the home when owners travel.
