Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans designed to address the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring an empathetic and supportive atmosphere.

• Monitor patient progress through continuous evaluation and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely-related field.

• Experience or specialized training in addiction counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , determined by your experience and caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
