Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. \n
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans designed to address the specific needs and circumstances of each client. \n
- Facilitate regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring an empathetic and supportive atmosphere. \n
- Monitor patient progress through continuous evaluation and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when additional support is needed, ensuring comprehensive care. \n
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with coping strategies and resources to manage their conditions effectively. \n
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously in accordance with organizational protocols and state regulations. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely-related field. \n
- Demonstrate strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients toward change. \n
- Experience or specialized training in addiction counseling is highly preferred. \n
- A solid understanding of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. \n

- Demonstrable years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy and treatment to individuals and families dealing with mental health issues. \n
- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth tools and platforms for remote counseling services. \n
