Salon Suites Salon/Property/Manager

Our core mission is to provide the ultimate environment for salon professionals to showcase their skills

Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

LEASING:

· Manage new leasing inquiries

· Finding new tenants through referrals, networking, digital and social marketing

· Showing, negotiating, and finalizing new leases

· Help establish rental rates by surveying local rental rates

· Maintain a high level of revenue and occupancy

· Facilitate exemplary Tenant satisfaction at each salon location.

· Resolve tenant complaints and issues

· Enforce rules and regulations

· Host recurring tenant appreciation events

· Collect delinquent rent, late fees, perform lockout procedures

· Supervise the janitorial crew

· Supervise maintenance professionals and all outside vendors

OFFICE:

· Report directly to the bice president

· Track income and deposits

· Keep records of tenant current licensing, insurance, and suite license

· Must have an understanding of all types of personalities and maintain a positive outlook to cultivate relationships

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational, administrative skills, communication skills.

· Our starting pay is $4000 per month while training, then after training, with commissions around $6000 a month
