Key Responsibilities Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land tours, travel itineraries, air, car and hotel accommodations. Provide expertise from personal travel experiences or education studies. Build long‑standing relationships with members and develop referral and repeat business. Recommend tailored travel solutions to exceed member expectations. Cross‑sell relevant products such as AAA Member Rewards Credit Card and travel insurance. Support goal achievement by working most Saturdays and occasional evenings. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma required; preference for 2‑ or 4‑year college degree. Minimum 2 years of successful retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency experience in a goal‑oriented environment. Pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening. Strong sales drive, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in navigating computers, multiple web browsers, Microsoft Office, and capable of typing at least 30WPM. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Computer‑savvy and comfortable with paperwork and organization. Compensation & Growth Entry wage: $23.50 per hour. With training and a defined ramp‑up period, earnings increase. Full‑time advisors typically earn $55,000–$65,000 annually through base pay and incentives, with top performers exceeding $85,000+ in an uncapped commission structure. This role offers a clear path to future leadership opportunities, contingent on performance in sales, customer service, administrative, and operational evaluations.
