General Dentist Job Description

Dental office is seeking a motivated and experienced part-time general dentist for our high-production, patient-focused practice in the Bay Parkway Brooklyn area. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about patient care and team success, strives for clinical excellence, and is a growth-minded dental leader looking for autonomy, flexibility, and professional development.

Our modern, technology-driven dental practice is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of our patients and our employees. We are a PPO, fee-for-service office looking for a dentist who is a committed team player, relentless in expanding their skill set, and always willing to go the extra mile to help patients achieve a healthier, more functional, more vibrant smile. Our doctors and hygienists are dental leaders in a rapidly evolving industry, using advanced technology and specialized expertise to ensure patients receive exceptional care.

We offer:

• A high-production practice with an established patient base
• $900-$1000 daily minimum + a collection-based bonus
• 50-70 new patients a month to help you continually grow your patient base
• Dedicated, experienced staff (including highly trained hygiene and support staff)
• An inclusive, rewarding, people-first culture
• Centralized operations, including billing, claims, accounting, HR, and marketing support
• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
• Dental, Vision, and Life insurance benefits
• CE Credit Reimbursement (up to $1,250 every year)
• Monthly profit-sharing incentive

Requirements:

General Dentist Requirements:

• 3+ years post-graduate experience
• NY Dental License in good standing
• Ability to travel every day to the office
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional growth
