Description

Merritt Clubs is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Administrator to provide onsite and remote support across multiple club locations. This individual will serve as the primary technical resource for end-user support, infrastructure administration, and local network troubleshooting while partnering with our managed service providers and IT leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills with hands-on technical expertise and is comfortable supporting a wide variety of technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, endpoint management, and club-specific technology systems. This role is highly visible and requires someone who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while independently troubleshooting and resolving technology issues.

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and application issues across multiple club locations.

Administer and support Microsoft 365 (M365), Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and Active Directory environments.

Manage user accounts, permissions, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity management processes.

Support endpoint lifecycle management, including deployment, imaging, provisioning, patching, and device refresh initiatives.

Administer and support endpoint management platforms and modern device management solutions.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving wired, wireless, VPN, Point of Sale (POS), Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and site-to-site connectivity.

Serve as the onsite technical resource for networking and infrastructure issues while coordinating with managed service providers and external vendors.

Support club technology including televisions, heart-rate displays, connected fitness equipment, access control systems, wireless access points, and POS systems.

Maintain server infrastructure and core business systems.

Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Assist with technology projects, upgrades, deployments, and new location initiatives.

Provide white-glove customer service and build strong relationships with club leadership and staff.

This is a Contract position based out of Lutherville Timonium, MD.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
