RN - Med-Surg

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a facility in **Los Angeles, California. ** These are registry positions with our company.

**Pay Rate: ** $55 / hour

Shifts Available:

• Minimum of 2 shifts per week as needed

• 12 hours

• Days, nights weekends and holidays

Nursing Specialty:

• Medical Surg/Pediatrics

Qualifications:

• Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are fully committed to working a per diem assignments.

• Required certifications include active Registered Nurse license, AHA BLS/PALS, NIHSS Certification, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and completion of the LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to the assignment start date.

Assignment Information:

Is currently in need of highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care setting experience as a Pediatric Medical/Surgical RN working with newborns, infants, school age children, adolescents and young adults. RNs will be responsible for providing care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment with various injuries, acute and chronic illnesses, or recovering from surgery and various health conditions. RNs will administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate medical records, collaborate with healthcare providers, and educate patients and families. RNS may float to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Postpartum Unit as needed.
