Now Hiring TIG and MIG Welders in Green Bay, WI! 1st shift! The Welder position requires sound experience with MIG welding and preferably TIG welding skills, willing to train TIG process to candidates interested in learning. Flux Core and/or Pressure Vessel experience is a huge plus! Welders will be responsible for layouts, assembly, and construction of various projects in a job shop environment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work and perform to high standards.

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity. The starting wage ranges based on experience and weld test results, $22-35/hr!

The standard 1st shift schedule has two options: Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm Fridays - Overtime as needed.

All training will be conducted Monday - Friday, post training, you are able to choose your preferred shift. Overtime is voluntary and available anytime.

Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required. - MIG welding experience required. TIG and/or Flux Core highly preferred, willing to train. - Pressure Vessel welding experience a huge plus! - Proficiency in reading complex blueprints and shop drawings, required. - Strong work ethic and team player mentality. - An interest and willingness to learn various welding processes, required.
