Part-Time Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities Assist in the development of visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, booklets, rack cards, social media graphics, website design elements, and event collateral, tailored to the behavioral health sector and rural communities. Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns with a focus on health system partnerships that drive patient admissions. Develop and write high‑quality content, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts. Act as the primary liaison between PMC and hospital marketing teams. Support and promote community outreach events, including presentations, Mental Health Awareness days, web events, and workshops. Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements in strategy and content. Ensure consistency in PMC’s brand identities, adapting design elements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and experience working with healthcare, particularly rural hospitals. Design & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, SalesForce) and social media management.
