Requisition ID: 19533 Remote Work Available: No Job Title: Driver - Logistics Department: Supply Chain Reports To: Logistics Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Regular Full-time Position Summary The Driver will distribute products and work materials promptly to our customers and business partners. They will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Transport product between Trulieve facilities and various locations throughout the state. Work irregular shifts and days. Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and obtain required signatures as per DOH regulations. Follow routes and time schedule. Maintain professional communication with customers to relay times of arrival and status updates. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints. Complete logs and reports. Follow DOT regulations and safety standards. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 5 years of proven working experience as a Driver in commercial delivery. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. CDL license strongly preferred. Open availability, including last-minute long-distance trips throughout the state. Prior experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems. Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions. Professional and respectful engagement with personnel, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Additional Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Driver’s license or ability to obtain one. Minimum 21 years of age (or 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV). Compliance with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry. Comprehensive background check, including motor vehicle records. Physical Requirements Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a height of 5 feet and move or carry such weight over 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. Work seated/standing at workstations for extended periods; maintain equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching; use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently. Handle organic matter daily, wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection); be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95°F or greater). Visual acuity with/without job aids to read, view computer terminal, perform visual inspections of small parts; clarity of vision at 20 ft or more day and night. Speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels in moderate noise. Work Schedule Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
