ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:ManageAccounts Receivabletasks, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling accounts.Recordroutine journal entriesandbank transactions.Enteraccounts payable billsandcredit card transactionsas needed.Performmonth-end closingsand account reconciliations.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data.Conductbank reconciliations.Collaborate with and support other team members as needed. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.1–2 yearsof experience with accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations.Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization.Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects effectively.High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Regular and reliable attendanceis essential.
