Company Overview Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The CBI Client Stabilization Specialist is a shelter or temporary lodging site‑based position responsible for working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The role ensures individuals/families entering shelter or temporary lodging are stabilized through intakes into HMIS, education on rules and responsibilities, overall orientation, face‑to‑face visits, perimeter walks, and escalation of issues. The Specialist communicates with leadership and Client Care Coordinators on program violations and complex needs, coordinates services, performs data entry into established data systems (violations, end‑of‑shift notes, room checks), and identifies the need for housing prioritization assessments. Skills/Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum twelve months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders. 1–3 years of full‑time health‑care related work experience providing exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations. Valid identification. Behavioral Health Technician certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures preferred. Will complete CBI Peer Certification within 90 days of hire. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (program specific). Benefits Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks). Hospital indemnity / Critical Illness.
