Creative Marketing Coordinator

Full Time | Hybrid | 4 Days In Office, 1 Day Remote Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year Position Overview The Creative Marketing Coordinator is a hands on marketing role with a strong emphasis on graphic design, social media management, and content creation. This position will be responsible for creating professional and engaging marketing materials, managing our social media presence, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining brand standards, and coordinating a variety of marketing projects across our franchise system. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating. You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to finished product, whether that means designing a social media post, developing marketing collateral, creating content, preparing materials for an event, or supporting a larger marketing campaign. The Creative Marketing Coordinator will work closely with company leadership, our marketing team, franchise owners, and outside marketing partners. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Create professional, on brand graphics and marketing materials for digital and print use. Develop social media graphics, sales collateral, presentations, advertisements, event materials, signage, franchise marketing resources, and other creative assets. Create templates and marketing resources that can be used by franchise owners throughout the system. Support the development of new creative concepts and campaigns. Maintain consistency in the look and feel of the brands across all marketing channels. Social Media Management Manage the day to day execution of 76 FENCE and Scout & Media's social media channels. Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar. Create graphics, write content, schedule posts, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness. Work with franchise owners and internal team members to gather project photos, videos, customer testimonials, team highlights, and other content from across the system. Monitor social media activity and engagement and identify opportunities to continually improve our content and presence. Support franchise owners with social media resources and best practices for their local markets. Content Creation Create engaging written and visual content that supports the brands and overall marketing strategy. Develop content for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, franchise communications, events, and other marketing initiatives. Assist with photography, video, and short form content when needed. Identify creative opportunities to showcase our customers, franchise owners, team members, projects, and company culture. Brand Standards Help maintain and protect the brands across the franchise system. Review marketing materials for brand consistency and provide franchise owners with approved resources, templates, and creative materials. Ensure logos, colors, fonts, imagery, messaging, and other brand elements are used consistently across all marketing channels. Serve as a resource for franchise owners and internal team members regarding brand standards and approved marketing materials. Campaign Management Support the development and execution of companywide and local marketing campaigns. Create campaign assets and coordinate deliverables, deadlines, communications, and implementation. Help develop campaigns and marketing resources that franchise owners can easily utilize within their local markets. Work with internal team members and outside partners to help ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. Marketing Project Coordination Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company priorities. Coordinate with internal team members, franchise owners, vendors, agencies, and other partners as needed. Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, creative requests, and deliverables. Help organize and prioritize incoming marketing and creative requests. Event Support Support marketing and creative needs for franchise training, company meetings, conferences, trade shows, our annual Patriot Summit, and other company events. Assist with presentations, signage, promotional materials, branded merchandise, communications, and other event related creative needs. Help ensure the brands are represented professionally and consistently at company events. KPI & Marketing Reporting Assist with tracking social media performance, campaign activity, lead generation metrics, and other key marketing indicators. Help prepare regular reporting that provides leadership with visibility into marketing activity and performance. Use available data to help identify opportunities to improve content, engagement, and marketing execution. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in marketing, graphic design, social media, content creation, or a related field Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating previous professional or relevant creative work Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials Understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Experience creating and managing social media content calendars Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Strong creative instincts and attention to detail Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to take a project from concept through completion Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions to creative work Comfortable working in a fast paced, growing organization A positive, team oriented approach and willingness to take on new challenges Experience working with a franchise organization, multi location business, or marketing agency is a plus but not required. Experience with professional graphic design tools is important for this position. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is strongly preferred. Experience with Canva and social media scheduling or management platforms is also beneficial. Experience with any of the following is a plus: Photography Short form video creation Website content management systems Digital advertising creative AI assisted creative and marketing tools What Success Looks Like A successful Creative Marketing Coordinator will help ensure that 76 FENCE has a consistent, professional, and recognizable brand presence across the country. Our social media channels will be active, engaging, and consistently represent our brand. Our franchise owners will have access to professional marketing materials and creative resources that help them promote their businesses locally. Marketing projects will be organized, completed accurately, and delivered on time. Most importantly, this person will become a key resource for turning marketing ideas into high quality creative work and getting that work into the market. Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience This is a full time position with a hybrid work environment. Our hybrid schedule consists of four days per week working in the office and one remote workday per week. Candidates must be able to regularly commute to our King of Prussia office and work collaboratively with our team in person. Some travel may occasionally be required for company meetings, franchise events, conferences, training, or other marketing initiatives.
