As a Manager, Corporate Security and Emergency Operations (MCSEO), you are primarily responsible for managing a team of Security Supervisors. In this role, you develop plans for prevention and recovery of losses caused by fraudulent activities and serve as a point of contact for internal and external security issues. Job Description The MCSEO provides senior management with direction and counsel in the area of bank fraud and physical security to mitigate potential and real losses. The position presents documented criminal investigations to law enforcement or courts and provides testimony as required. The MCSEO works with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to obtain arrests, convictions, and restitution for criminal losses. It also responds to emergency situations 24/7, directs BOKF personnel, serves as Incident Commander during all hazards, and ensures security programs and strategies are effectively implemented and maintained. The role plans and conducts executive protection and security for special and high‑risk events, coordinates with local first responders, federal agencies and private security personnel, monitors the floor warden program, supervises uniformed security personnel, and collaborates with internal clients and external vendors on security systems for bank facilities. How You'll Spend Your Time You will be responsible for fraud investigations and for setting up safety and security awareness training. You will stay up to date on industry changes and standards to ensure the organization is prepared for any hazardous and emergency situations. You will conduct visits to all BOK Financial locations in your market to ensure all safety measures are being taken and information is distributed as needed. You will correspond with bank personnel at all levels regarding documentation and information related to known or suspected criminal activities. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in Law Enforcement Investigation; or 10+ years equivalent work experience in security operations; along with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Advanced knowledge of bank security and safety procedures Advanced knowledge of interviewing and investigation techniques Advanced knowledge of video and access control systems Thorough knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures Thorough knowledge of Bank Protection Act, Regulations P & E Advanced knowledge of Criminal Statutes, rules of evidence and case preparation Thorough knowledge of federal and state criminal and civil court system Advanced knowledge conducting client/corporation background checks Must meet enhanced criminal background investigation standards tied to concealed‑carry functionality Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving history Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient PC and Microsoft Office software skills Advanced knowledge of the Incident Command System Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Office – Occasional Travel EEO Statement The companies in BOK Financial Corporation Group are equal opportunity employers.
