Order Selector / Forklift OperatorLocation: Liverpool, NYSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPay Rate: $22.28Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Liverpool, NY. This role involves moving and handling building materials, as well as picking orders using a headset system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts to safely move, load, and unload building productsPick and prepare orders using a voice-directed (headset) systemAccurately select materials based on customer ordersStage, organize, and prepare shipments for delivery or pickupPerform routine equipment checks and report any issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualificationsPrevious forklift experience required (certification preferred)Experience in warehouse, distribution, or building materials environment is a plusComfortable using voice-picking or headset systems (or willingness to learn)Ability to lift up to 50+ lbsStrong attention to detail and accuracyDependable with good attendance and work ethicWork EnvironmentWarehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures (indoor and outdoor work)Physically active role involving standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shiftInside and outside workBenefits (if applicable)Competitive hourly payOpportunity for overtimeEmployee OwnedStable, full-time schedule with weekends off
