Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit in a hospital setting. The role involves using the nursing process to provide patient care, delegating tasks, supervising other patient care staff, coordinating care plans for assigned patients, and consulting with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. The nurse must demonstrate proficiency, adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process Perform patient care and delegate tasks Supervise other patient care staff Coordinate care plans for assigned patients Consult with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications Qualifications include: less than 1 year of applicable experience, current Basic Life Support certification, and valid RN licensure.
