Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities Include Completing all required training, including food safety and management certifications. Enhancing guest satisfaction by supervising and coaching team members. Creating work schedules, delegating shift assignments, and communicating expectations. Leading, mentoring, and evaluating team performance to meet quarterly goals. Maintaining service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards in compliance with policies and laws. Handling guest and team concerns professionally and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Utilizing management tools to maintain accurate records and reports. Qualifications Include Minimum 1-3 years of management experience, preferably in restaurant settings. Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and open availability. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful background check completion. Capability Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate restaurant equipment safely. Effective communication skills and attentiveness to environment and safety.
