You'll assist with transactions, answer customer questions, maintain a clean checkout area, and help ensure every customer leaves satisfied.Greet customers entering and leaving the store with a friendly attitudeProvide excellent customer service in person and over the phoneHelp customers with questions and direct them to products or departmentsCheckout & TransactionsProcess transactions accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and charge accountsIssue receipts, refunds, and charge ticketsAccurately count and return changeVerify checks and monitor for counterfeit cashStore SupportMaintain clean and organized checkout and front-end areasSupport store appearance and operational efficiencyReport security or loss prevention concerns to managementSales SupportAsk open-ended questions to better understand customer needsPromote a positive shopping experience that supports customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, positive individuals who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
