Panel Builder

We are hiring a Panel Builder to assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical control panels in a clean, temperature-controlled shop environment. This role is ideal for candidates with electrical assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire control panels from schematics and blueprints.
• Mount and install electrical components using hand tools.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot wiring using electrical test equipment.
• Verify wiring accuracy and correct any issues.
• Label wires and maintain quality documentation.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Work independently while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Electrical wiring, panel wiring, or electrical assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently in a production environment.

Preferred Experience

• Electrician or electrician apprentice experience.
• HVAC electrical wiring experience.
• Maintenance technician or industrial assembly experience.
• Previous control panel building experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glasgow, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
