Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Mindful Recovery Ease, your main focus will be on providing effective therapeutic interventions for couples and families. You will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Conduct therapy sessions designed to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to foster individual and relational healing.

• Document and track patient progress through our advanced clinical systems, ensuring continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated treatment approaches that enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents dealing with various challenges. Common issues addressed may include:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience working with a variety of patient populations and presenting issues. Availability for 30+ hours per week is preferred to fulfill the needs of our clients effectively.
