What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene care Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and long‑term care plans Partner closely with doctors and team members to provide an outstanding patient experience Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support practice excellence standards Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care What We’re Looking For Current dental hygiene license (or ability to obtain license) A patient-focused, positive, and team‑oriented mindset Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Passion for preventive care and patient education Commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care and service A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads welcome) A current CPR certification Schedule (days/hours) Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, some Fridays 8:30 am – 3:00 pm Compensation $48‑$55 per hour Benefits Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
