Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in surgical patient care.
• Collaborate with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and ORTs for optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure availability of surgical supplies and monitor case timeliness.
• Communicate effectively with patient families regarding surgical procedures.
• Update physician preference cards and maintain organized workflow.
• Scrub in and assist physicians during surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience is essential.
• Proficient in general, orthopedic, OBGYN, podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, trauma, and DaVinci robotics procedures.
• Experience working with both adult and pediatric patients.
• Ability to take on-call shifts as per rotating schedule.
• Strong leadership skills in guiding and supervising surgical team members.
