Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to department guidelines regarding weekend, holiday, and float rotation requirements
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions (verified within the last 30 days)
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license for residency verification purposes
• Completed PCU skills checklist within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a Neuro PCU or similar stepdown/intermediate care environment
• Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments is strongly advantageous
