Opportunity That Awaits You The Senior Demand and Supply Planning Manager will lead advanced planning, forecasting, and supply balancing across all product lines for both domestic and international operations, including trunk stock, service items, and franchise replacement units (FRUs). This senior individual contributor collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Field Support, and Revenue Planning to evaluate forecast changes, monitor accuracy, and identify risks such as inventory imbalances or potential backorders. You will drive end‑to‑end demand and supply alignment, optimize inventory and service levels, influence executive‑level supply chain decisions, and manage inventory across domestic and international 3PL partners. What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Involve Serve as the subject matter expert for demand and supply planning processes, shaping supply chain strategy. Provide data‑driven insights to executive leadership on demand trends, supply risks, and inventory strategy. Drive continuous improvement in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes. Identify domestic and international demand for all products to support sales revenue, trunk stock, and service items. Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Clinical, Field Support, and Finance teams to incorporate accurate demand signals and market intelligence into forecasts. Compare forecasts to actual sales and raise discrepancies that could affect inventory targets or trigger back‑order risk. Maintain healthy inventory in domestic and international 3PLs and submit shipping requests for timely replenishment. Work with the Master Scheduler and Logistics to develop allocation decisions when front‑line inventory (FGI) is limited. Analyze forecast performance and implement improvements to forecasting methodologies. Develop supply scenarios and contingency plans to mitigate supply risk and support product availability. Report regularly on operations and production metrics, identify trends, and recommend counters to improve KPI performance. Support product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio rationalization initiatives. Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System for regulatory compliance. Qualifications We Need You to Possess Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 12 years of experience in a Make‑to‑Stock Production Planning role in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry. Minimum 10 years of experience with ERP/MRP systems. Deep expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SIOP/IBP processes, and inventory optimization. Experience managing complex global supply networks, including internal manufacturing and contract manufacturers. Proficiency with MS Excel. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to foster collaboration across multiple departments to align schedules and priorities. Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills within established timelines. Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess APICS certification. Experience with Salesforce.
