LCSW Supervisor | Middle Tennessee

Ellie Mental Health is growing in Tennessee, and we’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to join our Middle Tennessee team.
This role gives you the best of both worlds: you’ll provide meaningful therapy to clients while also mentoring LMSWs as they work toward full licensure.

???? Hat #1: Therapist

You’ll provide direct clinical care while helping clients move toward meaningful goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing client needs and completing clinical intakes
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing outpatient therapy
• Using creative interventions to support client progress
• Completing accurate, timely case notes and clinical documentation
• Coordinating care with families, case managers, medical professionals, and other providers when appropriate
• Providing an excellent experience for every client
• Maintaining a minimum of 27 service hours per week , including supervisee hours
• Participating in clinical meetings, trainings, and team activities

???? Hat #2: Supervisor

You’ll also play an important role in developing the next generation of clinicians by supervising LMSWs working toward full licensure .

That means offering guidance, feedback, clinical support, and professional insight as supervisees build their skills and confidence.

If you enjoy teaching, mentoring, and watching other clinicians have those “aha!” moments, this part of the job may be especially rewarding.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• A master's degree in behavioral science or a related field
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Active Tennessee LCSW licensure
• Required clinical supervisor training
• Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to establish and model healthy professional boundaries
• Comfort working with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record systems
• Valant experience is a plus
• Ideally, credentialing with insurance panels
