We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Supervisor to join our expanding restaurant concept. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your ability to teach, multitask, and inspire will help set the tone for a successful shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Train and guide staff to deliver top-quality service and maintain product standards
- Oversee shift tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all food and display areas
- Enforce food safety protocols and operational procedures
- Manage break schedules and ensure proper shift coverage
- Record and report waste and communicate any issues to management
- Serve as a point of contact for shift-related concerns, helping to resolve them promptly
- Support and collaborate with the management team to meet operational goals
Qualifications
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to lead, teach, and encourage team members
- Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for 8–10 hour shifts, including evenings
