Typical Shift Responsibilities As the Assistant Manager, you will begin the day with a team huddle, set standards, and oversee breakfast operations. During lunch and dinner you will manage staff flow, handle customer issues, and maintain a clean, organized environment. At closing you will review performance, provide feedback, and plan for the next day.
