Job Title: Bilingual Pre-Litigation Attorney

Salary/Payrate: $120-140k plus commissions.

Work Environment: Onsite

Term: Permanent

Job Description: 

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pre Litigation attorney to manage a docket of pre litigation matters. This role would come with the support of a team of case managers to assist in the management of the Pre Litigation Attorneys’ docket. It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a boutique environment and collaborate with a great team.

 Required Skills and Experience:

• Reviewing matters for liability concerns;
• Assess value of potential and existing matters;
• Review demands prior to distribution;
• Manage settlement negotiations;
• Collaborate with case managers to review pending items;
• Independently manage a docket of Pre Litigation matters.

Experience:

• 2+ years of pre-litigation experience.
