* Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough screening

* Follow up with leads to foster their interest and guide them along the hiring journey

* Keep accurate and timely records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hires resulting from your leads

How You'll Be Compensated
