Technical Account Manager for High Velocity Segment - Austin, Texas December 15, 2025 Technical Account Manager for High Velocity Segment-Austin, Texas Job Title Technical Account Manager for High Velocity Segment Department Sales Report To General Manager Work mode Hybrid Employment Type Full-Time Travel 0-20% Work Site Location Austin, Texas Job Objective : MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for a Technical Sales Account Manager with at least 4 years experience in Semiconductor sales. What you will do : Responsibility Work tasks and content : l Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals, targeting potential l customers and winning their business. l Provide pre-sales support by conducting product training, answering technical questions, l provide cross references and guiding customers on product selection after l understanding their application. l Provide commercial support to customer RFQs based on competition, EAUs keeping l profitability of the company as main objective. l Provide sampling support after commercial and technical acceptance and follow up with l channel partners and customers for design-wins. l Conduct Product Training sessions with Sales and FAEs from Channel partners. l Should contact potential customers regular basis to understand new projects , l technologies and competition information available and participate with them in these l new projects and applications. l Understand white spots in our product range and update same to TM team. l Engage closely with the customer incase of any quality issue and resolve same at the l earliest with the help from our Quality team. l Participate regularly in channel partners QBR and drive them for business growth. What you will bring : Education Background/ Major Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering, electronics or semiconductors; Experience(Must) At least 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge(Ideal) l Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.); l Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products; Abilities/Qualities l Proficient in using office software; l Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; l Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools; l Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.
