Weekend/Day Nurse Supervisor

About the Role RN License! We are looking for a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Warren Barr Buffalo Grove . The Supervisor will manage the operations of their assigned unit and ensure residents receive the high‑standard care they expect. Responsibilities Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit. Provide guidance and education to clinical staff. Assist with creating a positive and inclusive facility culture. Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained. Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs. Qualifications Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license. CPR certification. Minimum two (2) years of R.N. experience. Preference for prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience.
