Adelphoi Education in Beaver, PA has a Paraprofessional position available. This position has the potential to turn into a full-time position.


Wage: $20.00Hr

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Paraprofessional will coordinate with teachers in order to provide instructional support and assistance in all activities throughout the school day.

• May monitor/assist with study hall, recess, lunch, and other activities under direction of teacher
• Facilitate groups
• Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of all student information
• Provides clerical, technological, and data support for administration/guidance
• Assists in obtaining and documenting prior school history
• Provides assistance in confirmation of grade levels
• Provides assistance in the coordination of student scheduling
• Maintains records of class loads
• Reviews report cards, mid-term reports, GPA, and transcripts for accuracy

Requirements (1 of the following):

• Associates degree or higher with experience in a school setting
• Completed at least two years of post-secondary study
• Successfully completed a state or locally developed assessment
