Associate Attorney - Transactional Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Id: 475 # of Openings: 1 Overview F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We are looking for a lateral Transactional Attorney in our Los Angeles office to help K‑12 schools and community colleges navigate operational legal issues. Responsibilities The incumbent will provide transactional support on various substantive legal issues, including: real estate transactions leases public contracting matters construction procurement disputes contract negotiations Qualifications We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills and 3‑10+ years of practice experience. Candidates must be members of the State Bar of California. Salary and Benefits The reasonably expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $190,000 annually, depending on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
