Nurse Practitioner - MC

Location: Austell, GA
Pay Rate: $74.87/hour

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care in a fast-paced clinical setting. This is a patient-facing, in-person opportunity for a provider dedicated to improving health outcomes through exceptional patient care and education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health screenings.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, chronic condition management, and healthy lifestyle choices to encourage active participation in their healthcare.
• Manage patient appointments and ensure timely follow-up care.
• Complete administrative duties including opening and closing the clinic, verifying insurance coverage, collecting patient payments, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Schedule:

• In-person position.
• Must be available to work three out of every six weekends.
• Possible holiday rotations.
• Interview and start dates will be determined based on candidate availability.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Advanced Practice Nurse license in the state of Georgia.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• DEA registration may be required during the onboarding process.
