Black Canyon Hwy, Phoenix, Arizona, United States of America Job Description Posted Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 5:00 AM What You Will Do: Owner of warehouse inventory KPIs including turns, inventory balance, truck replenishments, and support Operations to serve customers: Order placement with vendors PO entry in ERP Vision System Oversee order receipts and shipping documentation Work with key vendors to confirm on time delivery Cycle counts / physical inventory Warranty and Core Management Cross functional + Team communication Lead warehouse material handlers / clerks Maintain chain of custody standards to control leakage Support inventory transfers across branches Maintain right-size inventory levels of key parts What We Look For: 3+ years’ experience in warehouse inventory management including: 1+ year w/ major EPR system experience (e.g. SAP, Vision, MS, Acumatica) Truck or Bin restocking demand management Strong Excel experience Strong understanding of inventory processes including warranty, returns, purchase orders, inventory reports, cycle count management, physical inventory processes, inventory metrics 3+ years supporting Field Services type industry Inventory management scope of 500+ SKUs / $1M avg inventory balance Other Duties: Please note this job description for the Warehouse Lead is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the individual for this job.
