Labor & Delivery RN – Labor & Delivery
Schedule: Shift: 3x12, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required Current valid compact or state nursing license in hand at the time of submission Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP Epic charting experience required
Roles & Responsibilities: Manage labor and delivery processes including vaginal deliveries and C-section recovery Monitor electronic fetal heart rates and perform related assessments Administer IV therapy and manage infusion pumps Provide care for postpartum complications and monitor for hemorrhage Perform sterile vaginal exams and neonatal stabilization assessments
Compliance / Notes: Fingerprinting must be completed ASAP; compliance deadline is the Tuesday prior to start 2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager/director) Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required Return-to-office (RTO) required with submission and included in contract
