We need a scientist who can lead—not just manage. The Role You'll be the person who ensures our data is world‑class. Lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple AI for science projects — tracking progress, hitting deadlines, nothing falls through the cracks Own data quality end‑to‑end — personally examine, validate, and enforce scientific rigor at every stage Translate scientific needs into precise data specifications and collaborate with AI engineers to improve data generation pipelines You're a scientist first. You understand the science. You ensure the quality. You build the system. You Hands‑on experience managing expert contributors and owning data quality delivery at a tech‑enabled scientific data or AI training data company (required) Proven ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously under real deadline pressure (required) PhD in life sciences — biology, bioinformatics, pharmacology, or related (strong plus) Pharma/biotech domain experience (strong plus) Detail‑obsessed, fast‑moving, builder mentality Why Join Founding team.
