Collision Estimator

Job Summary Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Compensation Up to $65,000-$100,000 per year, paid weekly. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one Paid vacation and holidays, accrual starting day one Paid skilled training and certifications (I-CAR) Career growth opportunities – promoted from within Responsibilities Write estimates Conduct process reviews Check in customer vehicles Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP and final invoice) Finalize total loss administration Communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards Requirements Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience Sales experience preferred Minimum age of 21 years Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser’s License Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures Strong sales orientation Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Prioritization of competing tasks and adaptability to a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
