Trillium Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in Kiel, WI. Schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Pay rate is $24.00 – $30.00/hour.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Setting up CNC machines and tooling for production runs
• Running parts and making real-time adjustments as needed
• Reading blueprints and turning them into finished product
• Inspecting parts to make sure they meet spec
• Catching issues early and keeping production on track
• Handling basic machine maintenance and upkeep
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
• Supporting and training team members when needed

The Environment:

You'll be working in a manufacturing setting where things move - machines running, parts flowing, team working together. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and built for someone who likes staying busy. Exposure to dust, fumes, and typical shop conditions. Heated and ventilated production floor. Working around moving machinery and equipment.

Physical Side of the Role:

Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Stand, move, bend, and stay active throughout the shift. Use hands for detailed machine work and inspections. Wear standard PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toes).

What You Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Setup Operator or similar role
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong mechanical mindset - you know how things work
• Solid attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Comfortable using a computer for tracking and documentation
