Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant Post Production

We’re hiring for entry‑level automotive roles at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. In these entry‑level roles, you’ll choose from positions such as the following: Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing Lot Attendant: moving vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers Photobooth Associate: taking photos of our vehicles so customers can see them in our spinners Inspection Associate: inspecting the interior and exterior of vehicles and accurately identifying any imperfections or defects General qualifications and requirements Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools – must lift up to 60 pounds independently Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to extreme weather conditions (heat or cold) Use of safety equipment, such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment Reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is required Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship Other perks of the Job Competitive wage and a vehicle purchase discount 100 % company‑paid healthcare premiums Generous paid‑time‑off and a birthday holiday A 401(k) with Carvana match ASE and tool reimbursement programs Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment assistance Schedule We strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience, which sometimes requires mandatory overtime to meet business needs.
