Clinical Research Nurse I

The Markey Cancer Center Precision Medicine Clinic is seeking to hire a Clinical Research Nurse I. This position will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating a system for evaluation of patients for eligibility for participation in clinical trials, toxicities related to the study planning with the attending physician and/or PI, all evaluations and treatments. This position will ensure effective data flow related to human clinical studies including patient evaluation/assessment, registration, compilation and submission of data, monitoring of study compliance, and other responsibilities associated with the coordination of human clinical studies.

This position is eligible for a fully on-site work arrangement.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good oral/written communication skills required.
• Computer proficiency to minimally include use of Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet.
• Knowledge of scientific and clinical terminology preferred.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• BSN preferred. All nurses hired after 10/1/2024 required to complete their BSN within 5 years of their hire date.
