We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Senior Automation EngineerJob Location: Chantilly, VAKey Responsibilities:Design and implement modular, reusable automation frameworks using Tricentis ToscaIntegrate Tosca test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)Perform API testing and connect to backend data sources for validation and transformation checksAutomate end-to-end testing of enterprise applications including ERP, web, and batch jobsDevelop and manage custom Tosca modules, templates, and execution listsTroubleshoot test failures, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvementCollaborate with developers, QA leads, and DevOps engineers to ensure test coverage and maintainabilityMentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing across projectsTrain business users on Tricentis ToscaRequired Skills & Experience:5 years in test automation roles, with deep expertise in enterprise systems3 years hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including API, DB, and UI testingExperience building CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into delivery workflowsStrong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, C#, or PowerShellExperience connecting to SQL/Oracle databases, performing joins, validations, and reconciliationFamiliarity with test data management and environment configurationsClear understanding of test automation strategy and best practicesExperience in training non-technical personnel on automation testing.Preferred Qualifications:Tricentis ToscaExperience with Tosca Commander, Tosca Server, DEX/E2G agentsKnowledge of Jira, qTest, or other test management toolsPrior experience in a QCOE or enterprise testing leadership roleWhy Join Ampcus QCOE?Lead test automation in a high-impact, cross-client environmentCollaborate with SMEs across ERP, cloud, integration, and transformation programsAccess continuous training and career growth opportunitiesInfluence enterprise testing strategy across sectorsAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
