Help
Provide direct staff administration, including recruitment, scheduling, workload distribution, and the enforcement of performance and conduct standards.
Oversee the full rule making life cycle, including drafting new rules, forecasting impacts, reviewing public feedback, and issuing final guidelines.
Lead the development, review, and evaluation of proposed regulations and legislation, including regulatory impact analyses, and public comment adjudication and advice senior leadership on the changes and implications.
Partner with CMS components, federal and state agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure policy alignment across quality, payment, and reporting frameworks.
