Flight Centre - HR Business Partner / Employee Relations (6 Month Contract) - Montvale, NJ We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a temporary 6‑month assignment covering a maternity leave. This role will primarily support employee relations matters including performance management, workplace investigations, coaching, and policy guidance across the organization. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping them navigate complex people matters with confidence and sound judgment. You’ll manage a high‑volume portfolio of employee relations cases, conduct impartial investigations, and coach leaders to strengthen performance and accountability across the business.
