TEMP REFERRAL COORD./SCHEDULER

LENGHT OF PROJECT: 6 MONTHS

FULL TIME, ON-SITE

MONDAY - FRIDAY

7:30AM TO 4:30PM

Pay will be $19-$21/hr DOE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

As assigned, but not limited to the following:

· Schedule appointments, according to BRDA's scheduling protocol, by calling outbound to patients who have been referred to the practice by physician's offices.

· Receives return inbound calls from patients who have been left messages.

· Monitors Updox and PHE (online referral requests), contacts patients and schedules appointments based on requests.

· Notifies referring physician's offices if patients have not scheduled appointments.

· Updates, monitors, and corresponds with referring physician's offices through Updox, EMA, and PHE when necessary.

· Places referrals in appropriate folders once patients have scheduled their appointments.

· Sends office visits notes to referring physician's offices after patients have been seen for their appointment.

· Maintains up to date record of AMM and all Incoming Referrals.

· Assists with online appointment requests if needed.
