Job Family:Management ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Active SecretWhat You Will Do:Guidehouse is currently seeking human capital and project management professionals:Developing communications and change management materials on training programsSupporting and modifying SOPs on managing cohorts and conducting outreach to training participantsHaving knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training programs and participantsSupport workforce integration activities and data analysis, to enable client for making workforce related decisionsApply project management and organizational skills, including collection and dissemination of meeting notes, developing and tracking action items, developing standardized programmatic activities, and communicating clearly with partners and clients on progress and statusWhat You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelor’s Degree.ONE (1) year experience in project management and presentation development.Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.What Would Be Nice To Have:Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related fieldCurrently possess one or more of the following certifications:Program Management Professional (PMP)Change Management certificationsThe annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00.
