Position Description: General description summary:The Facilities Associate is responsible for organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory while adhering to cannabis industry regulations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (not in any priority):•\tEfficiently organize and maintain inventory using designated tracking systems.•\tCollaborate with procurement and production teams to manage stock / restock levels effectively.•\tFulfill internal orders, prepare shipments, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.•\tConduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.•\tAdhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment. •\tAccurately build outgoing pallets and shipments•\tEfficiently organize inventory between multiple warehouses•\tLoading and unloading trucks•\tGeneral maintenance and housekeeping to keep a clean facility.•\tWork cross-functionally with different direct and support departments throughout the broader organization to drive best practices and improvement initiatives.•\tEnsures all safety policies and processes are followed, all proper PPE, and safety standards.•\tOther duties may apply as required.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:•\tFamiliarity with inventory management principles and warehouse operations.•\tUnderstanding of cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements.•\tProficiency in using inventory management software and relevant technologies.•\tStrong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse warehouse activities.•\tDetail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory records.•\tAbility to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.Qualification: •\tHigh School Diploma, or equivalent work experience.•\tMinimum of 1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.•\tAbility to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.•\tMust be over 21 to apply (Cannabis Industry Requirement)•\tPrevious experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the cannabis industry.•\tKnowledge of state and local cannabis regulations.•\tBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.•\tForklift certification is advantageous.CPRA Privacy Notice for California Residents: We may collect and process your personal information during the job application process to assess your ability, fitness, or eligibility to fulfill the position for which you are applying.
